Toy Wrestler Figures Report Released Date: January 15, 2008 Units: 5,400 Manufacturer: A.A. of America Inc., of East Brunswick, N.J. Hazard: The surface paint contains high levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard. Incidents/Injuries: None reported. Description: The recalled toy is a package of four action figures. Each figure is about 5 3/4 inches high. The UPC number 604111230003 is printed on the product packaging. Sold at: Dollar stores and discount stores nationwide from January 2007 through December 2007 for about $1. Manufactured in: China

Metal Toy Wagons Report Released Date: January 15, 2008 Units: About 15,000 Importer: Tricam Industries Inc., of Eden Prairie, Minn. Hazard: Surface paint on the wagon bucket contains excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard. Incidents/Injuries: None reported. Description: This recall involves the red metal wagon model MH1250. The wagon has a red steel bucket, a black handle, a black steel axle support, and black tires. Sold at: Tractor Supply Company stores nationwide from September 2002 through November 2007 for about $30. Manufactured in: China

Tot Tower Toy Blocks Report Released Date: December 27, 2007 Units: About 170,000 Importer: eeBoo Corp., of New York, N.Y. Hazard: The plastic covering on the toy blocks can detach, posing a choking hazard to children. Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received two reports of the plastic covering detaching from the blocks and being mouthed by young children. No injuries have been reported. Description: The recalled Tot Tower blocks are sold in sets of 10 blocks ranging from 6 x 6 inches to 1.5 x 1.5 inches. The cardboard blocks are covered in a plastic laminate film. The blocks have various images and themes including Things I Know New; Garden Fairies; Hardware Store; Around the Land; Read-To-Me; Animal Sounds; Animal Alphabet; ABC; and Nursery Friends. “Tot Towers” and “eeBoo Corporation”are printed on the product’s packaging. Super Magnets Report Released Date: December 21, 2007 Units: About 2,800 Importer: Man’s Trading Company, of Brisbane, Calif. Hazard: The magnet attached to the bottom of a small toy panda can detach. If swallowed or aspirated by young children, the magnets can attract each other internally and cause intestinal perforations or blockages, which can be fatal. Incidents/Injuries: None reported. Description: The inch toys are shaped and painted to resemble panda bears. A small magnet is attached to the bottom of the toy. “Super Magnets” and the MTC logo are printed on the front of the packaging. The magnet toys are sold eight to a package. Holiday Cosmetics Stuffer Bears Report Released Date: December 19, 2007 Units: About 80 Importer: Victoria’s Secret, of Columbus, Ohio Manufacturer: Chang Zhou Ganghua Mfg., of China Hazard: The neck medallion zipper pull can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. Incidents/Injuries: No injuries have been reported. Description: The cosmetic stuffer bear was designed to hold cosmetics and/or gift cards. It is a plush bear with a zipper down the body. A “VS” neck medallion serves as the zipper pull. The bear was sold in pink and leopard. Sold by: Victoria’s Secret Web site (www.victoriassecret.com) during October 2007 for about $8. Soldier Bear Toys Report Released Date: December 19, 2007 Units: About 11,400 Importer/Retailer: AAFES (Army & Air Force Exchange Service), of Dallas, TX Manufacturer: First Learning Company Ltd, of Hong Kong (wooden toys) Manufacturer: Toy World Group Co. Ltd. of Hong Kong (military vehicle toy play set) Hazard: The surface paint on the toys contains excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard. Incidents/Injuries: None reported. Description: This recall involves the following wooden toys and a plastic military vehicle toy playset. The style number, UPC codes and “Soldier Bear” logo are printed on the toy’s packaging. Sold at: AAFES stores worldwide from August 2006 through October 2007 for between $5 and $20. Baby Toys Baby Bead & Wire Toys and Speed Racer Pull Back & Go Action! Cars Report Released Date: December 13, 2007 Units: About 300,000 Importer: Greenbrier International Inc., of Chesapeake, Va. Hazard: The recalled toys contain excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard. Incidents/Injuries: None reported. Description: The Baby Bead & Wire Toys are colored wires and colored beads that can slide on a natural wood platform. These bead toys have item number 903419 and date code 71 printed on the back of the packaging. The Speed Racer Pull Back & Go Action! Cars are yellow with black stripes and white with red stripes. Item number 873820 and date code 77 is printed on the back of the packaging. Incidents/Injuries: None reported. Description: The recalled Robbie Ducky water globe is about 1-1/2 inches in diameter and sits on a 1-1/2 by 1-1/2 inch square base. There are four different globe designs including: Robbie Ducky on a red base, a reindeer on a green base, a penguin on a green base and a polar bear on a red base. “Holiday Inspirations Water Globe” is printed on the bottom of the globes. Collectible Mini Helmets Report Released Date: December 5, 2007 Units: About 1,400 Importer: Bell Racing Co., of Santa Cruz, Calif. Hazard: Surface pa ints on the recalled helmets contain excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard. Incidents/Injuries: None reported. Description: The recalled products are six-inch tall, collectible, miniature helmets, modeled after helmets worn by several race car drivers. The follow models are included in the recall: Terry Borcheller helmet, part number 2005740; Kurt Busch helmet, part number 2001368; and Vitor Meira helmet, part number 2001381.
