| Li & Fung Group Makes Survey in Chenghai |

Leading his purchasing team, Chan Chun Lam, executive president of HK-based Li & Fung Group who is in charge of global sourcing visited Chenghai Toys Association and studied recall affair on toys. Local representatives from toy association also express their views on current trade barrier and quality control system. Friendly communication has been achieved.
After receiving orders, toy makers would arrange production according to clients’ requirement, local representatives indicated. However, buyers vary in detailed standard. In order to improve product quality, therefore, local representatives suggested buyers to open more training course for suppliers and participated in the design and development process.
Meanwhile, it is said that, Chenghai’s toy makers are exerting their utmost to guarantee quality. Lots of them have established complete administrative procedure, production procedure, bacteria system, document system and so on. Tracking system for product quality has been formed to control quality in an effective way.
After the meeting, Li & Fung’s guests paid a visit to Huawei, Auldey, Xingfai, Yinrun and some other local makers.
