| Beijing: Vendors Make Stocks and Arrange Shelves in Offseason |

Parents have brought what they should buy after the Spring Festival. Kids’ lucky money has also been spent almost. March might be a slack season for sales, but vendors are still busy with making stocks and arranging shelves.
In Hongqiao Tianle market, Auldey rolls out upgrading generation for its competitive products like 4WD cars, yoyos and pegtops, inspiring kids’ interest continuously. April sees a second generation of battle pegtops, supported by powerful commercial campaign. Twenty one models would be lunched first, and the other nine will be available in later time. Auldey always pursues its promotion pattern as “product+ competition”, so various large stores in Beijing will have event to propel in-store sales.
Available since March, licensed toys or Steven Chow’s movie CJ7 now sees new plastic figures but sales comes in a calm way. Power Ranger anime series is still broadcasted in Beijing Kids’ Channel, guaranteeing related sales. Sales of Bandai’s prop gears of Kamen Rider are almost the same with Power Ranger.
Other categories like R/C toys are not so satisfying. They are estimated to recover until the end of April.
