| Kuwait Launches Regulation on Kids’ Toys |

Kuwait Bureau of Standard Measurement recently launches a draft on Gulf technical regulation, which is applied for toys used by children under 14 years old. The uniform technical regulation that adapts to GCC stipulates basic safety requirement that toy abides by, assessment procedure and rule for toy’s launching in market.
Toy is defined as all products or materials that designed with obvious intent to be played by children under 14 years old. █
