Buying gifts for kids in holiday has become tradition in many family of Zhengzhou. But making toys with one’s own hands now has become a trendy fashion.
Recently you can find all kids of white pottery and porcelain dolls and figures in People’s Park. Fuwa, mouse, Shnnosuke, Hello Kitty and so on. Taking palette and painters, parents and kids are carefully painting dolls and figures.
Some parents believe, letting kids make their own toys will provide them good playing experience and develop their hand-eye coordination.
Each porcelain doll is sold 10 yuan, and consumers can add any favorite color to toys with paint, water-pot and two painters that offered with no extra charge, said Zhao, an owner of such toy stall.
It is known that, between 30 to 100 unpainted porcelain figures and dolls can be sold in each stall every day. █
