If imported commodities found to be in low under quotation, Brazilian federative taxation bureau would substitute specific duty for ad valorem duty, its Deputy director-general said. Concerning commodities cover shoes, plastic products, beverage, rubber, textile, apparel, toys, furniture, tools, clocks and watches apparatus, optical instrument, medical lighting facilities.
