Xinjiang Weiwu’er municipality is located in the border area of northwest of China and stands 1/6 of the Chinese area. It is Chinese biggest provincial district. Xinjiang locates in the hinterland of Asian and European continent. It borders on eight countries like Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Mongolia, India and Afghanistan. It is an important channel of the Silk Road in history. And now it is also the only way to the “second bridge of Asian and European continent”. Therefore we should make use of Xinjiang’s geographical advantage and unceasingly exploit and enlarge mid-Asian market. As the increasing of the economy, the parents’ concept of toy consumption is very advanced. Their demand for toys naturally goes up too.
