On December 26th, 2007, Shenzhen first batch of toy exporters were issued the Quality License (Registered) for Exporting Toys by Shenzhen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Till December 29th, there are about 400 enterprises that have got this license, which will be in effect from January 1st, 2008.
In order to carry out “Urgent Notice on Strengthening Work of the Supervision of Checkup and Quality License of the Exporting Toys” and “Supplement Notice on the Relating Works of Supervision of Checkup of Exporting Toys”, strengthen further the supervision of checkup on the exporting toys and guarantee the quality of exporting toys from Shenzhen area, Shenzhen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau implements the discipline of quality license (registered) on exporting toys which are on the checkup list.
According to the types of the exporting toy products and their input countries and areas, they are registered and implement the management mode of quality management system audit + product type test + annual supervision audit + daily supervision management. After nearly three months, audit has been carried out in the manufacturers of exporting toys from various aspects and levels, which includes:
(1) Enterprise application; (2) Enterprises submitting the “Responsible Paper of Quality Control”; (3) As for the toy exporting manufacturers, implement the checkup supervision mode of systematically management of the manufactures + headstream management of the product quality (dangerous raw materials test + security item test of the first model) + supervision test + tracing test. (4) To the suppliers who use dangerous chemical raw materials in dope industry on the exporting toy products, implement the discipline of registering and recording. These behaviors will promote the manufacturers effectively to implement quality management system and strengthen the protection of dangers of the poison and hazardous materials on the exporting toys and also machinery and physical subjects. |
