EU Recognizes China’s Progress on Toy Quality

     EU Consumer Protection Commissioner Meglena Kuneva said in late November that China has made considerable progress in taking actions to ensure safety of toys exported to Europe. At present, no China’s products would be ban in EU.

     Commission of EU announced in a statement that, referring to procedure of EU, China will introduce new domestic warning system. At the same time, China is now more active in investigating into problems. It is estimated that, safety and quality problems on toys would among the agenda of the Sino-Euro summit held on November 28th. █
