| Suzhou Gains Nearly 50 Percent Growth on Export |

During the first nine months of 2007, total toy export in Suzhou records 200 million US dollars, increasing by 48.8 percent against the same period of last year. Making up 59.5 percent of the total export, toys exported as general trade products account for 120 million US dollars, which grows by 31 percent. On the other hand, toys exported in a way of processing trade registers 80.03 million US dollars, coming with a growth of 84.7 percent and this sector composes 40.3 percent of total export of toys.
In view of target market, 72.9 percent of toys from the city of Jiangsu province are distributed to US and EU, rising by 44.6 percent and 42.1 percent in the two respectively. |
