| New Record in Exhibitors for Tokyo Game Show |

It is the largest game show in Asia. September 20th, Tokyo Game Shown kicked off to welcome 217 exhibitors, including 97 overseas units, and 702 game softwares. These figures set a new record for the show.
Action games such as dancing and yoga increase markedly. Moreover, cell phone has already risen as the “third kind of game console”, receiving much greater attention. Cell phone-related softwares compose around 1/3 of total games. Keen competition inside lady and middle and old age market is another distinct feature of this session, which is further boosted by new version of handheld game consoles and relevant softwares. |
