| Mattel, Lego and Hasbro Reap Great Profit from Harry Potter |

The seventh and final episode of Harry Potter novel—Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has been released to worldwide readers on July 21st. Early before the releasing, 2.2 million units had been preordered on Amazon.com, more than the sixth episode by 47%. Chinese version is scheduled to be available around October 28th this year.
According to analyst at Wall Street, when all the seven movies are finished, total box office of Harry Potter would be expected to exceed 10 billion US dollar. Three of the largest toy makers in the world—Mattel, Lego and Hasbro have been licensed for related toys and stationery with tens of million US dollar respectively. Currently, the brand of Harry Potter has been valued over 1 billion US dollar. |
