From September 28th to October 4th, Oriental Int’l Animation and Comics Festival and the first session of Nanjing Animation and Comic Industry Expo will be held at the same time in Nanjing, Jiangsu.

  The events reflect that, animation and comics industry thrive in Yangtze River Delta, one of the regions with largest amount of anime institutes.

  The first “national animation, comics and game industry development base” is established in Shanghai in 2004. Among total 20 bases, 11 are situated in Yangtze River Delta. Animation and comic industry has a promising future, however, China still sees lots of problems in the course of progress.

  How to make use of recourse in a more reasonable way so as to bring full play of regional advantages? Not every city can do a complete and best business. Every region should dig out their own edges and complement each others. Only by this way can animation and comics industry of Yangtze River Delta can produce a combined force.
